Jaromir Jagr to the Rangers? It could happen....

He's the kind of guy I normally hate...but I'd love to have him on my team.

It seems that our little musical side project, OTC, is taking off again. The other day we received a check from our IUMA site for the proceeds of our mp3 downloads....19 cents baby!!!! Don't hate us now that we're high rollers, but I told you we'd make it big some day, y'all were just haters. We cant decide whether to cash the check now so we can buy some phat rides or ice for our necks, or invest it so our grandkids can be rich someday...Anyway, keep on DLing so we can make more cash, and stay tuned for more from OTC in the near future, I've got that creative itch again.

Added a new movie review by Mike for Tomb Raider....check it out, there's even a new pic of the Jew himself. Oh and i added a new mp3 of Fear Factory.....gotta run.

Best wishes to Adam Graves, who was traded from my Rangers to the San Jose Sharks the other day...one of my all-time favorite players, the guy played his heart out for New York for 10 years through a bunch of injuries, not to mention the deaths of his father and his infant son last year...he was a real team guy who did whatever he could to win, and his 52 goals in '94 helped the Rangers win the cup. He just got tired of losing in NY and I dont blame him. I dont know how Leetch and Messier are gonna feel about this one, and you know the fans at the Garden are gonna be pissed, but hopefully the team can use some of the money they saved to go after some big free agents (can anyone say Joe Sakic?) Anyway, if the Rangers miss the playoffs again next year, I'll be rooting for Gravy and the Sharks.

P.S. Happy 20th to my main man Chuck (even though he'll never read this)

*** Concert Review ***

Who: FEAR FACTORY, Puya, Primer 55, Dry Kill Logic
When: June 24, 2001
Where: Birch Hill Night Club, Old Bridge NJ
Attendees: Mark, Mike, Alan

Awesome concert overall, none of the bands disappointed. Birch Hill wasnt bad either, it was my first time there, and my first ever concert at a small club...we were in the back and we were still super close to the bands...it was hot as hell too. I had only heard two Dry Kill Logic songs before the concert but they were awesome and their cd is now on my "to get" list. They even did an interesting hardcore cover of the Spice Girls' "Wannabe" which surprisingly wasn't bad...lets just hope it doesnt become a hit single and video featured on TRL, or I might vomit. Primer 55 was good, I was digging the new songs they played from their upcoming album "The New Release," which is also on the to get list...Puya was cool too, I think their sound is so interesting, but some of their spanish jam music didnt fit in so well considering the other bands. And then Fear Factory came on and kicked ass...man, what an awesome show. They pretty much had an even split of songs from their four studio albums, but the Digimortal stuff didnt get a great reaction. I dont care though, I really like the new album, their sound is just progressing. Anyway, theyre one of the best bands I've seen live so far and everybody should check them out because they are originals and ahead of their time.

Oh and by the way, none of us got arrested.

Just got back from my first paintball experience...it was funner than I thought it would be, and it didnt even hurt much either. Me and my boy Ryan (aka KidRocko) even won a game...not bad for "newcomers." The boys from Bordentown can play but the so-called "Hamilton preppies" weren't too shabby either. If anybody wants to join us some time, let me know.

Last night was Ed's party, a fun time was had by all. All I have to say is..."McClane!!!!!!"

Oh and tonight is the big Fear Factory concert....can't wait. Let's just hope no one gets arrested tonight, Al-Dawg is driving.

So Cal Ripken Jr. is retiring...one of the greatest shortstops ever and one of the last few loyal good guys in the sport of baseball...but then again, we have the multi-millionaire A-Rod to carry on in his place.

I added a new mp3 by the band Dry Kill Logic, who are opening at the Fear Factory concert I'm going to this weekend...check it out.

I'll also have a new movie review by the jew soon....its about time.

But anyway, congrats to the class of 2001, now youre ready for the next stage of your life and all that good stuff.

NFL superstar Andre Rison and pop sensation Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes of TLC are getting married. I dunno but that seems like a marriage that will go down in flames....hah.

I finally got a cell phone today. Welcome to the age of technology, Jay....

Check out these pics Ed took with his digital camera at Hershey Park, they're pretty awesome.

Interesting article about Ozzfest and the definition of "heavy" music...its just over a month away and I can't wait.

We rented Traffic over the weekend...one of the best movies I've seen in a while. Really great writing and directing, and an interesting story...I dont understand how it lost to Gladiator for Best Picture. I highly recommend it.

In other news, big street hockey game this afternoon, hopefully my team will kick some ass today. I'm excited.

I added a new mp3 also, its the first single from the upcoming Stone Temple Pilots cd, Shangri-La Deeda. It's sort of Beatle-ish sounding, I haven't made up my mind on it yet but hopefully the album will be good.

The Devils better win the cup tonight. I've been a Rangers fan my whole life but after they didn't make the playoffs for the fourth year in a row, I kinda miss all the excitement, plus some of my friends are hardcore Devs fans so I figured I'd root for them in the playoffs. Now I'm all into it and I think I might cry if they lose to the Avalanche tonight. Go Devils!

If anyone's lookin to buy me a present in the near future, a WHA hockey jersey would be sweet...I've narrowed it down to 2, the LA Sharks or the Minnesota Fighting Saints...any suggestions?

Oh yeah....I'm going to see FEAR FACTORY June 24th along with Puya, Primer 55 and Dry Kill Logic.....should be awesome

Just added a new mp3....brand new Slipknot from their upcoming sophomore album Iowa....it's insanely heavy and I cant wait to see them on Ozzfest.
